I have an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have 22 years of experience teaching preschool with 16 years being at Sonshine Preschool. I have enjoyed teaching this age group because they are so fun and they are growing and changing and maturing constantly and I really love to see God's hand working in their lives to mold them in the people He wants them to be. It's a joy to be part of a young students life in this capacity.

I live 3 miles down the road from the school in Dover with my husband, Marc, a teacher in the science department at Princeton High School. We have 3 children, our daughters; Jordyn, 23 and Gracie, 18, and our son, Colby 11, a fifth grader at PCA.

I grew up in Princeton with 6 brothers, graduated from PHS and went to the University Of Illinois to become a nurse. I spent 20 years in the AF, working primarily in Pediatrics/Neonatal Intensive Care. I retired in 1991 and came back to Princeton. I have been involved in PCA for 25 years in several different roles from volunteer to paid staff. I am currently the preschool aide and reading/math tutor. I also teach preschool Sunday School and the preschool Cubbies of the AWANA program here at PBC.
